Working process

 • What is RO system?

The reverse osmosis equipment adopts the osmosis filtration process of reverse osmosis membrane, which is a modern new pure water treatment technology.  Reverse osmosis membrane by means of choice through membrane function to pressure as the driving force of membrane separation technology, when system and the pressure is greater than in the aqueous solution of osmotic pressure, the water molecules through the membrane unceasingly, after producing water flows into the central tube, and then out in the end the impurities in the water, such as ion, organic matters, such as bacteria, viruses,  interception on the inlet side of the membrane,  and then in the thick water outflow water end, so as toachieve separation and purification.

It is widely used in home, direct drinking, electronic, electrical, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage industries and other fields.

 • Working process of RO system:

Raw water pump → Mechanical filter → Activated carbon filter → Sodium-Ion exchanger → Precision filter → High pressure pump → Reverse osmosis → Ozone sterilizer (UV).

 • What is EDI system?

Electrodeionization is a water treatment technology that utilizes an electricity, ion exchange membranes and resin to deionize water and separate dissolved ions (impurities) from water. It differs from other water purification technologies in that it is done without the use of chemical treatments and is usually a polishing treatment to reverse osmosis (RO). There are also EDI units that are often referred to as continuous electrodeionization (CEDI) since the electric current regenerates the resin mass continuously. CEDI technique can achieve very high purity, with conductivity below 0.1 µS/cm.
