RO Equipment composition structureReverse osmosis equipment consists of three parts: pretreatment +RO host (single/double stage) + electrical control 1.Pretreatment: Generally includes raw water pump, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, water softener, precision filter, etc.Its main function is to reduce the pollution index of raw water and other impurities such as residual chlorine to achieve the reverse osmosis inlet water requirements.The equipment configuration of the pretreatment system shall be specific to the raw water.
2.RO main machine: It mainly consists of multistage high pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane element, membrane shell (pressure vessel), flow meter, support and so on.The diameter of reverse osmosis membrane is 0.0001 micron (m), only water molecules can pass through, and its solute can not pass through the reverse osmosis membrane, so as to meet the requirements of drinking physical and chemical indicators and health standards, to produce clean to pure water.
3.Electrical control: Control the normal operation of the whole reverse osmosis system and backwash, including the instrument panel, control panel, various electrical protection, electrical control cabinet, etc.
